Clients to have a standard massage table or access to a designated massage or treatment room within the residence is preferred. Please add the “House Calls Extra Charge” when booking your appointment.

Doing an intake helps me better understand your preferences, any specific areas of discomfort, and any medical considerations that might affect your massage therapy session.
We will complete a client intake process at the beginning of your first appointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can make the most of your massage time.
You’re welcome to undress to whatever level of comfort suits you best. I’ll ensure that you’re securely and appropriately draped throughout the massage session. I’ll be using a hypoallergenic lotion-oil blend on your skin for the massage.
In general, a massage should not be painful. My goal is to provide you with a relaxing and therapeutic experience. During the session, I will use a combination of techniques tailored to your specific needs. It’s important to communicate with me throughout the massage. If you ever feel any discomfort or if the pressure is too much or too little, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Your comfort is a top priority, and I will adjust my techniques accordingly to ensure you have a positive and enjoyable massage experience.
It’s a good idea to check with your health insurance provider directly to inquire about potential reimbursement or coverage for massage therapy. Insurance policies can vary significantly, and some companies do offer wellness allowances or benefits that may cover massage services. I also recommend reaching out to your HR department or benefits coordinator at your workplace to inquire if they offer any compensation for wellness services like massage therapy. They should be able to provide you with specific information regarding your coverage and any available options.
I accept FSA/ HSA payments with a physical card and can provide you with a receipt.
My cancellation policy requires that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a planned session.
